Mr. B. Nageshwar Rao, an experienced civil engineer, saw the future potential of the real estate market in Hyderabad much before it was explored. Mr. Rao graduated in Civil Engineering from Bangalore University and came with over a decade’s experience in the construction business in the Middle East and Hyderabad prior to starting Legend.

He plays a significant role in the evolution of the Management’s style of functioning – to focus on contribution to the larger good and not just the achievement of the company’s business objectives. He has received his Bachelors from USA.

Mr. Vivek Naidu

Mr. Vivek Naidu has a Masters in Electronics from Cardiff University, UK and Bachelor of Laws. Professionally, he began his journey as VOIP Engineer at Skype, London, and shifted his focus 5 years back to join Legend. Today, he is ably offering his services as a young and dynamic CEO of the company.

Mr. Dnyanesh Shirsat

Mr Dnyanesh Shirsat is a Senior Management Professional with over 25 years of experience in Real estate. He has experience in handling large scale projects from start to handover. He began his career as a Quality Head at Hiranandani Group in 1993 and today, he is offering his services as a sincere Vice President at Legend Estates.
