Legend has been promoted by Mr. B. Nageshwar Rao an experienced civil engineer who had seen the future potential of the real estate market in Hyderabad much before it began. It was his unending thirst for quality and the dream of creating space that would change the merits of the real estate companies in the region that made him to form a real estate company, the result was a Legend.

It was in 1998 that Legend began its journey with an innate belief that in the real estate market, there was a niche opportunity available for a strong values-based company. Strengthening the team with his visionary approach is Mr. Vivek Naidu, Masters in Electronics from Cardiff University, UK and Bachelor of Laws. Professionally, he began his journey as VOIP Engineer at Skype, London, and shifted his focus 5 years back to join Legend. Today, he is ably offering his services as a young and dynamic CEO of the company.
